How to make a return: • Log in to your Sellezo account. • Go to the "Order History" selection and once you have selected the order number and the item you wish to return, send an email to helpdesk@sellezo.com adding any reasons. • You will receive an email accepting the return within 48 hours. • Send the product to our shipping warehouse via Emilio Boni 17d, 59100 Prato. • You will receive the refund within 14 days of the package returning to our warehouse subject to the conditions stated above.
How to make an exchange: • Log in to your Sellezo account. • Go to the "Order History" selection and once you have selected the order number and the item you wish to replace, send an email to helpdesk@sellezo.com adding in the email the size or item you wish to obtain as a replacement • You will receive an email accepting the exchange within 48 hours. • Prepare the package and send it to our shipping warehouse via Emilio Boni 17d, 59100 Prato. • In the event of a price difference, if the product chosen costs more than the one returned, we will send you a link after confirmation of the new modified and updated order with which you can pay this difference. • Once we have received the goods and verified that all the conditions of the object indicated above are compliant, we will proceed with the shipment of the new item chosen as a replacement
