MIO-CARE FITNESS is an electrostimulator suitable for the needs of all family members. In fact, it condenses the technology of the most advanced electromedical equipment into small dimensions. It is able to generate impulses for pain therapy, muscle toning, lipolysis.

MIO-CARE FITNESS generates alternating impulses on the two channels in order to produce sequential contractions or stimulations (agonist-antagonist). The sports programs are able to train different muscle fibers (slow or fast) and different strength characteristics (speed, explosiveness, rapidity); other programs useful to the athlete are resistance, massage and post-race recovery.

However, its small size should not be misleading: it is in fact able to develop impulse intensities sufficient to contract the leg muscles of a bodybuilder! The electrostimulator is programmed according to the most recognized electrostimulation protocols, alternating periods of high-frequency muscle contraction (40-
120 Hz) to periods of low recovery frequency (2-6 Hz). It has been possible to condense most of the known electrostimulation treatments into a single 2-channel device.
