The 220 cm Sfida Diamond Olympic Barbell is perfect for functional circuits and CrossFit® but is not suitable for Olympic weightlifting and Power Lifting work. This type of Olympic barbell is recommended for training in the gym with a bench or rack. The Diamond Olympic challenge barbell is characterized by its burnished central part and is composed of chrome-plated sleeves with non-slip turning, 4 bushes, 4 roller bearings and knurled handle with a diameter of 28 mm. which allows the athlete to have maximum control during the exercise ensuring excellent grip comfort. The challenge barbell can support a maximum load of 450 kg.
The weight of the unloaded barbell is 20 kg.
