The Toorx Training Rope is made of polyester, a material usually used for marine uses and the two ends are equipped with protection with handles covered in heat-shrink rubber to avoid fraying of the braid.

Toorx training ropes are available with a diameter of 38mm - 12m long or 50mm - 15m long, so as to offer the possibility of adapting the training resistance to your personal abilities.

The principle of training with ropes is that of the continuity of the undulating movement achieved by grasping the ends of the rope previously passed through its special ring on the wall or around a rack. The inertia force obtained will allow you to train the resistance of all the muscles of the upper body in an incredible way.
