AchilloTrain is an anatomically shaped compression ankle brace with a massage pad and an optional integrated heel cup. Suitable for pain or inflammation of the Achilles tendon (e.g., due to excessive strain or surgery), the AchilloTrain ankle brace helps relieve strain on the Achilles tendon without limiting its mobility.

The anatomical insert (pad) exerts a massaging effect that stimulates the surrounding tissues, accelerating the reabsorption of edema and effusions. The heel pad reduces the tension exerted by the calf muscles on the affected tendon. The second heel pad should be used to prevent incorrect posture. Thanks to its elastic, anatomical, and three-dimensional fabric, AchilloTrain adapts perfectly to the instep and can be conveniently machine washed.

In detail:
Pain is often triggered by inflammation of the Achilles tendon. Causes can include overloading, injury, surgery, or Haglund's syndrome. This is where AchilloTrain comes in handy: made of breathable, skin-friendly, highly stretchable Train fabric, it adapts to the anatomy of the joint, following the foot's movements without slipping. The material is softer and more elastic at the edges of the brace, preventing a feeling of constriction. This makes the AchilloTrain ankle brace extremely comfortable to wear. The thin fabric allows for easy use under socks and in comfortable shoes.

The integrated heel pad relieves the tendon and can be easily removed when no longer needed. If you use it, it's best to insert the included compensation heel pad into your other shoe. This prevents incorrect posture and stress. AchilloTrain works best when the joint is in motion. The pad exerts a gentle massage effect with differentiated pressure on both sides of the Achilles tendon, activating the muscles and improving coordination. It also promotes local metabolism and reduces swelling.

Care and maintenance instructions:
AchilloTrain can be machine washed at 30°C. Use a mild detergent and a mesh bag. Never expose the product to direct heat or cold. Follow the washing instructions on the label sewn onto the top edge of the product. Proper and regular maintenance ensures optimal effectiveness of the brace.

Further instructions:
If the heel cup is inserted, you need to wear the compensation pad on the opposite side.
