In cases of epicondylitis, tennis elbow, or golfer's elbow, tendon inflammation and the resulting pain often cause reduced activity and poor performance. The EpiTrain compression brace for epicondylitis helps reduce pain and muscle tension. With every movement, the special compression knit fabric with viscoelastic pads stimulates the muscles, massages the tissue, and stimulates the metabolism, promoting faster swelling reduction and accelerating the healing process.

In detail:
Excessive strain during sports is by no means the only cause of elbow pain. A bruise or overload of the ligaments is enough to trigger the first symptoms. EpiTrain relieves and stabilizes the joint, reducing pain and improving mobility. It's precisely when the symptoms worsen that the effectiveness of this elbow brace is most noticeable. Inside, two integrated functional pads, Epicon+ Pads, are positioned on the inner and outer sides of the joint. Here, massage nodes relieve strain along the muscles and tendon insertions. Special recesses in the area around the bony prominence of the elbow prevent uncomfortable pressure and ensure the brace's correct positioning.
By applying differentiated pressure, EpiTrain stimulates blood circulation and helps reduce swelling and bruising. It also improves muscle stimulation, resulting in active joint stabilization. The knitted fabric is incredibly pleasant on the skin and wicks away moisture: no more annoying sweat. The particularly soft elbow area ensures even greater comfort. EpiTrain can be worn during therapeutic exercises and daily activities.

Care and maintenance instructions:
EpiTrain can be machine washed at 30°C. Use a mild detergent and a mesh bag. Never expose the product to direct heat or cold. Follow the washing instructions on the label sewn onto the top edge of the product. Proper and regular maintenance ensures optimal effectiveness of the brace.
