For acute and chronic lumbar spine problems, many people benefit from conservative therapy and strengthening their core muscles. This is where the LumboTrain back brace can help. It contours to the lumbar region and relieves strain on the spine, while also promoting natural elongation for improved posture. Combined with the compression knit fabric, the LumboTrain pad massages the tissues, stimulating circulation and local metabolism. During movement, the massage nodes in the lumbar pad target trigger points to release fascial tension and stimulate and activate the muscles to relieve pain.
LumboTrain adheres to the body and holds its position thanks to its anatomical shape. The brace is available in straight or waisted versions to adapt to different body shapes. For comfortable wearing, the abdominal closure features low-compression edges that adapt to the body's core. Comfort zones are integrated into the fabric, which, thanks to larger mesh, are more breathable. Care and maintenance instructions:
LumboTrain can be machine washed at 30°C. Use a mild detergent and a mesh bag. Remove the pad and hand wash. Close all Velcro fasteners. Never expose the product to direct heat or cold. Follow the washing instructions on the label sewn onto the top edge of the product. Proper and regular maintenance ensures optimal effectiveness of the brace.
