During any daily activity, from walking to climbing stairs, an unstable ankle requires protection to prevent possible sprains. The MalleoLoc L orthosis stabilizes the ankle laterally and can be worn in any shoe thanks to its slim design. The anatomically designed L-shaped shell and inelastic strap system hug the joint without impeding the natural plantar flexion movement. The soft, breathable microfiber lining makes it comfortable to wear.

In detail:
Even if your ankle is injured, recently operated on, or generally weakened, no one is happy to give up their favorite shoes. MalleoLoc L is an orthosis for unilateral ankle stabilization. It consists of an L-shaped shell with soft padding and Velcro straps. Thanks to the figure-eight closure, the MalleoLoc L is securely attached to the foot and lower leg. This stabilizing orthosis holds the foot in its natural position, thus minimizing the risk of twisting.

The MalleoLoc L provides gentle stabilization without excessively restricting daily movement. To enhance the effectiveness of the orthosis, a small padding can be attached to the sole to improve proprioception in the sole of the foot and stimulate the peroneal muscles while walking. This promotes additional active ankle stabilization and greater walking safety. The strap system allows you to adjust the MalleoLoc L for a comfortable fit. Furthermore, it should always be worn inside a shoe, a feature facilitated by its slim design. This way, you can move fearlessly and correctly throughout your daily life and promote the healing process.

Care and maintenance instructions:
MalleoLoc L can be hand washed with a mild detergent. Before washing, fasten all straps to prevent damage to the orthosis. Remove the inner lining and hand wash separately. Air dry away from heat sources.
