In cases of inflammation of the wrist tendons (tendinitis), wrist osteoarthritis, acute trauma or injury, persistent overload, chronic wear or after surgery, the ManuTrain wrist brace reduces swelling, promotes faster pain relief and supports a quick and safe return to mobility of the wrist joint.
The ManuTrain wrist brace's new strapping system allows you to adjust wrist stabilization to the severity of your wrist pain, without restricting hand movement. During movement, the brace provides targeted compression, alleviating pain and stimulating circulation and recovery through gentle massaging action. The elastic knit fabric stimulates the stabilizing muscles, working in synergy with the insert positioned over the ulna. The functional padding features an opening for the bony prominence, protecting against pressure spikes while also aiding in positioning the brace. ManuTrain's reduced-compression edges and seamless, pre-formed thumb opening ensure perfect comfort and maximum freedom of movement during daily activities or therapy exercises.

In detail:
In cases of acute injuries, persistent overload, chronic wear, or after surgery, the wrist joint requires rest and reliable, customized external stabilization. Equally important is quickly restoring joint mobility. This is where our ManuTrain hand brace comes in: its two-piece strap system allows stabilization to be adjusted depending on the severity of the injury, without restricting hand movement. The strap system is wrapped, starting from the forearm, around the hand and wrist, and then secured, to immediately relieve the joint in cases of severe injury. The level of stabilization can then be reduced depending on the therapy and perceived pain: simply wear the brace first without the stabilization strap and then without the elastic band around the wrist.
During movement, the brace provides a differentiated pressure massage that stimulates blood circulation and promotes metabolism. The elastic knit fabric stimulates the stabilizing muscles, working in synergy with the insert positioned at the ulna. The functional padding features an opening for the bony prominence that protects against any pressure peaks and simultaneously helps position the brace. Care and maintenance instructions:
ManuTrain can be machine washed at 30°C. Use a mild detergent and a mesh bag. Remove or fasten all Velcro® fasteners on the designated areas. Never expose the product to direct heat or cold. Follow the washing instructions on the label sewn onto the top edge of the product. Proper and regular maintenance ensures optimal effectiveness of the brace.
