The structure is made up of a main body which features various Velcro adjustment points for better anatomical customization and a modular insert.
The insert has been appropriately designed to modulate the traction on the joint in various ways and according to therapeutic needs.

APPLICATION
Follow the sequence:
1. Closing the humeral socket with the forearm in flexion.
2. Closing the chest strap.
3. Tightening the two closing points at the trapezium.
Depending on the pathology, the medical operator has the possibility of varying the position of the anatomical insert in order to improve the support in containing the
subluxations or for the management of the hemiplegic arm.
A. Subluxation containment: The element is placed anteriorly, so that the peripheral sockets can envelop the acromioclavicular joint, part of the thorax and the distal area of the deltoid.
B. Hemiplegic support: the central Velcro grip is placed along the trapezius, two of the peripheral grips are placed in the anterior and posterior part of the trunk
and the third peripheral socket is placed along the humerus, distal to the deltoid.
