The Spinova Immo Plus Classic is an orthopedic brace for temporary immobilization of the lumbar spine. It relieves pain and supports multi-stage therapy thanks to its modular design with a removable shell. The shell envelops the torso and immobilizes the lumbar spine and pelvis by exerting a circular traction force. The brace provides additional stabilization thanks to the anatomically shaped spring steel bars integrated into the structure.
During the mobilization phases, the shell is removed and the bars integrated into the corset, in combination with the traction strap system, maintain a stabilizing function.

In detail:
In some cases, it is necessary to significantly limit the mobility of the lumbar spine. This may be necessary, for example, to avoid interfering with the healing process following surgery or an injury. In other cases, it may be necessary to slow the progression of a chronic condition. The Spinova Immo Plus Classic rigid corset immobilizes the lumbar region, protecting it from harmful rotational movements. The corset's mesh stays in place around the torso, supporting its natural anatomical shape. The level of adherence can be individually adjusted using the Velcro strap system.
A plastic shell wraps around the torso, enhancing the stabilizing effect. This shell is composed of two halves that slide inside each other, allowing for a precise fit to the body's shape. It also features multiple perforations that ensure greater comfort and optimal thermal regulation. As the healing process progresses, the shell can be completely removed, after consulting a doctor. This allows this brace to support the various stages of therapy and final mobilization.
