APPLICATION
1.Place the pillow on your side near the iliac crest.
2. Fasten the waist strap with the snap buckle and adjust the tension as needed, shorten if necessary.
3. Position the armrest bag, securing it with the Velcro.
4. Fasten the armrest bag strap to the base of the cushion so that the shoulder is immobilized as needed (adjust the tension, shorten if necessary).
5. Use the straps to further secure the top end of the bag to the pillow, placing them at the height of the wrist and forearm.
