Application:
1 Open the strap
2 Keep your knee slightly flexed and place the pressure pad just below the kneecap, in a central position
3 Insert the right band into the slot located on the left side of the brace
4 Insert the two bands into the return buckles and secure them with Velcro
5 Make sure the brace is well positioned and tighten the strap as needed
