The new JK 154 treadmill was created to confirm the medium home fitness range, becoming the evolution of the previous models, all inserted in an even more modern and refined context.

Technical features
The JK 154 is a mid-range electric treadmill in the home fitness world equipped with a powerful 3.5 HP motor with a maximum peak of 4.5 HP that allows you to reach a speed of 22 km/h, with one-step increment adjustment of 0.1 km/h. The JK 154 is equipped with a 20-level electric incline, which allows you to reach a significant slope for stimulating uphill walking. For maximum user convenience, the JK 154 is equipped with a series of quick-control buttons for speed and incline, practical for allowing the user to make sudden changes in performance without distractions. The large running surface of 53 x 152 cm, with 1.6 mm thick anti-slip belt, allows for comfortable training in complete safety thanks also to the comfort flex system cushioning system, which manages to attenuate small microtraumas due to the impact of the foot during walking and running.

Training Tracking
The control panel of the new JK 164 is composed of a large console with 8 white LED displays and an 8 x 16 pxl graphic matrix, to keep all the cardio training parameters under control such as: time, distance, speed, incline, calories burned, number of steps, heart rate, graphic matrix for program profile display. The JK 164 treadmill is equipped with two integrated receivers to connect your electronic devices (APP, social and music); and 5.3 kH for detecting heart rate via the chest heart rate band offered as standard.

Personalization
The JK 154 treadmill, to be closer to the needs and requirements of each user, is equipped with a series of programs to make each workout, "your" workout! The following are supplied: 1 manual program where all functions are entirely managed by the user at any time; 3 target programs with pre-determined objectives for a time, a distance, calorie consumption; 70 pre-set programs with the combined variation between speed and inclination; HRC target determined by the user of the personal heart rate; 5 User programs customizable by the user himself, that is, you have to set each single step of the program by determining speed and inclination; 1 body fat test, useful for understanding your body mass index.

Interactive training
The console is equipped with two HI-FI audio speakers, two bottle/object holders, a USB audio input, a jack audio input, a USB output to charge your devices during training. It is possible to connect some motivating and fun Apps to make training sessions interactive, such as: Zwift, Kinomap (subscriptions not included).

Practicality and comfort
The JK 154 is a foldable treadmill. Its sturdy steel structure (83 kg) allows it to be used by people up to 140 kg; the foldable “space-saving” structure allows the treadmill to be reduced in size when not in use (in use 184 x 84 x 135 cm; closed 105 x 84 x 165 cm); 2 transport wheels are included to facilitate small movements of the equipment from one room to another.
