The new JK 164 treadmill was created to confirm the medium-high home fitness range by improving performance compared to previous models, all inserted in a decidedly more modern and elegant context.

Technical features
The JK 164 is a medium-high range electric treadmill in the home fitness world equipped with a powerful 3.5 HP motor with a maximum peak of 4.5 HP that allows you to reach a speed of 22 km/h, with one-step increment adjustment of 0.1 km/h. The JK 164 is equipped with an electric incline on 15 levels, which allows you to reach a maximum slope of 15%. For maximum ease of use, the JK 164 is equipped with a series of quick buttons for speed and incline, practical for allowing the user to make rapid changes to performance without distractions. The large running surface of 51 x 150 cm, with 1.6 mm thick anti-slip belt, allows for comfortable training in total safety thanks also to the comfort flex system cushioning system, which manages to reduce small microtraumas due to the impact of the foot during walking and running.

Training Tracking
The control panel of the new JK 164 is composed of a large console with 8 white LED displays and an 8 x 16 pxl graphic matrix, to keep all the cardio training parameters under control such as: time, distance, speed, incline, calories burned, number of steps, heart rate, graphic matrix for program profile display. The JK 164 treadmill is equipped with two integrated receivers to connect your electronic devices (APP, social and music); and 5.3 kH for detecting heart rate via the chest heart rate band offered as standard.

Personalization
The JK 164 treadmill, to be closer to the needs and requirements of each user, is equipped with a series of programs to make each workout personalized! The following are supplied: 1 manual program where all functions are entirely managed by the user at any time; 4 target programs with pre-determined objectives for a time, a distance, a number of steps and calorie consumption; 18 pre-set programs with the combined variation between speed and inclination; 3 HRC with a target of 60% 90% or a target determined by the user of the personal heart rate; 3 User programs that can be customized by the user himself, that is, each single step of the program must be set by determining speed and inclination; 1 body fat test, useful for understanding your body mass index.

Interactive training
The console is equipped with two HI-FI audio speakers, two bottle/object holders, a USB audio input, a jack audio input, a USB output to charge your devices during training. It is possible to connect some motivating and fun Apps to make training sessions stimulating, such as: Zwift, Kinomap (subscriptions not included).

Practicality and comfort
The JK 164 is a foldable treadmill. Its sturdy steel structure (97.5 kg) allows it to be used by people up to 150 kg; the foldable “space-saving” structure allows the treadmill to be reduced in size when not in use (in use 194 x 90 x 148 cm; closed 116 x 90 x 168 cm); it also comes with 4 transport wheels that facilitate small movements of the equipment from one room to another.
