The new JK 524 indoor bike was created to confirm the average JK home fitness offering by improving performance compared to the previous range, with decidedly more modern and sporty lines thanks to the new total black matt-glossy look.

Technical features
The new JK 524 is a mid-range magnetic spin bike in the home fitness world with a fixed-gear transmission with a silenced belt equipped with a large inertial system with a flywheel mass of 20 kg (balanced flywheel) and a 16.5 cm crank, which allow for smooth and hesitant pedaling at all speeds. The effort is adjusted via a command with a manual selector with “millimetric” resistance that also acts as an emergency brake in the event of sudden pedaling stops by the user. For good comfort, the JK 524 indoor bike has a saddle height adjustment of 12 positions (leg measurement from 74.5 cm to 90.5 cm) and depth of 7.5 cm, the handlebars can be adjusted in height to 8 positions and in depth of 6 cm. These adjustments allow you to always find the correct position in the saddle for each user, even very tall people! The racing design saddle, anatomical and with a central hole, helps and improves the feeling on board for all people, ensuring comfortable and long pedaling without particular discomfort. The non-slip racing pedal in iron with a foot strap, helps maintain the correct support of the shoe in all phases of pedaling, even the most intense ones.

Training Tracking
The cycle computer with multi-information LCD display inserted in the console with a mobile phone / tablet holder adjustable in inclination, allows you to keep all the parameters of the race under control, such as: time, distance, speed, RPM, calories, Watts, heart rate. The JK 524 gym bike is equipped with a sensor in the console to detect the heart rate of the user via the heart rate monitor during sessions of a more intense cardio workout; the heart rate monitor is optional and must be purchased separately.

Interactive training
The new JK 524 indoor bike with built-in receiver can connect to the most important fitness APPs (Zwift – Kinomap) to make cardio training more fun, pedaling around the world or challenging friends on virtual online tracks!

The sturdy steel frame of the JK 524 rests on large stabilizers with four non-slip feet (self-leveling rear) allows it to support a maximum user weight of 130 kg, while at the front there are two transport wheels, which allow easy movement of the JK 524 spin bike from one room to another.
