The console of the new JKV34 exercise bike is equipped with programs to make workouts more fun: 1 manual program managed by the user, 12 preset programs with different resistance profiles for each segment, 4 HRC programs (55% 75% 85% 95% + 1 target BPM), 1 constant Watt program, 1 body fat test, 1 recovery test (on post-exercise recovery). The JKV34 exercise bike is equipped with two grip pulse sensors on the handlebars and a built-in sensor for heart rate monitoring to detect the user's heart rate during more intense training sessions. A wireless chest heart rate monitor is included as standard.
