The interior is made up of several elements: a preformed anatomical base composed of a rigid shell in black cross-linked polyethylene and a shaped intermediate layer of 25 kg/m3 density polyurethane foam; the height of the base has been designed to better distribute pressure in the ischial area; specifically, the height is 8 cm at the front of the device, while the rear part has a height of 6.5 cm;
a self-modelling fluid insert, applied to the intermediate layer, contained and blocked by two 500 micron PU and PVC membranes, sealed with HF (high frequency) processing.
The cover is made of polyurethane coated, breathable and bi-elastic fabric, waterproof to liquids and permeable to water vapor, in class 1 fire reaction for the upper part in contact with the user and non-slip fabric for the lower part in contact with the support (wheelchair); it is equipped with two laces placed on the rear sides of the cover and a carrying handle placed on the front side.
