The OLIMPIA SLIM armchair is an electric armchair especially suitable for those with motor difficulties or difficulty moving and is designed for maximum practicality and safety, all conceived in a modern design.
The characteristics of the upholstery fabric used make it perfect for everyday use, being a stain-resistant, water-repellent and fire-retardant material.
The chair is equipped with a rear pedal lever that activates a mechanism called the Roller System.
Using the lever, the mechanism lifts the chair onto four wheels, two swiveling at the front and two fixed at the rear, equipped with a parking brake, allowing it to be easily moved around the space in complete safety, in a practical and functional way.

The headrest fins combined with the shape of the backrest and the finish of the padding increase comfort even for long periods of use.
Unlike other models, it allows for easy extraction of the fins
headrest, to facilitate the user's transfer from the armchair to the bed.

2.4. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The armchair, equipped with two motors, allows the user to adjust it into multiple positions that can be used in everyday life according to their preferences.
For example, to watch television you can stretch your legs horizontally by completely raising the footrest (TV POSITION), while if you want to reach a relaxing position to rest you must also recline the backrest by lowering it (RELAX POSITION).
If the user of the chair has motor difficulties, the OLIMIA SLIM can accommodate his needs, such as helping him to get up (LIFT-UP POSITION).

On the back of the armchair, in the lower part near the floor, you can see the lever for activating the Roller System.
When the lever is facing upwards, the chair is firmly braked to the floor, without being able to be moved.
By physically positioning yourself at the back of the chair, you can press the lever with your foot to activate the Roller System. Thanks to a series of levers, applying minimal force to the lever activates the mechanism and allows the wheels to take full load of the chair.
With the Roller System active, even with the user present in the chair, it will be easy to move it from one room to another, making everyday life more dynamic and free.
Upholstered in three different colors in 100% polyester fabric, fire-retardant, stain-resistant, and liquid-repellent. The chair's operating cycle is 1 minute on/8 minutes off, maximum 2 minutes.
