The GenuTrain P3 is a knee brace that relieves pain caused by patellar misalignment (patellar lateralization), patellofemoral syndrome, or patellar tip syndrome. It is the ideal knee brace for athletes who, due to frequent twisting movements or direct impacts, often suffer from knee pain, especially in the patellar area.

The active brace, with its two integrated pads and correction strap, centers the patella, activates the muscles and accelerates the healing process.

In detail:
GenuTrain P3 offers support for patellar instability and acute and chronic inflammatory conditions of the knee joint: the brace stabilizes the patella to relieve anterior pain and accelerate healing. It features a special pad that stimulates the stabilizing muscles and massages the painful areas. The adjustable correction strap integrated into the functional padding holds the patella in its physiological position, counteracting its lateralization. A second pad on the outer thigh relaxes the iliotibial tract, a band of connective tissue that keeps the patella under tension.

The Train knit fabric provides medical-grade compression and differentiated pressure massage during movement, helping to reduce swelling. In addition to the breathability of the knit fabric, the comfort zones in the popliteal fossa and the pressure-reducing edges also contribute to the comfort of the GenuTrain P3 knee brace, even during prolonged wear. The anatomical shape and plastic stays with flex zones keep the brace in place during movement. Integrated donning and doffing aids make it easy to use.

Care and maintenance instructions:
GenuTrain can be machine washed at 30°C. Remove or fasten all Velcro® fasteners on the designated areas. Use a mild detergent and a mesh bag. Never expose the product to direct heat or cold. Follow the washing instructions on the label sewn onto the top edge of the product. Proper and regular maintenance ensures optimal effectiveness of the brace.
